Has poor service

5 days after ordering a guitar I emailed for status and got not response. 1 week after ordering I emailed and got a response it was shipped. 1 week and 2 days after ordering it ACTUALLY shipped. Web site said they would install new strings but they didn't. I wouldn't order from them again.
