In July my bottled water delivery man did not show up on the delivery date and did not show up the following day (Friday). I was totally out of water and the office help "assured" me the delivery was a day behind schedule. Wrong. I was forced to go elsewhere for water to get through the weekend. I was totally fed up when on Monday again no delivery.
I put all the empties into my truck and delivered them to the office at 1111 E. Washington St.in Joliet. I was given a receipt, hand written, and told it would take a couple of weeks to get my deposit back since it must come from the main office. The weeks went by and no check. Repeat calls produced the same story, a couple of weeks and it will be there. Wrong again.
I called the main office and was told the same story, a few weeks and we will have it. Anyway, it is now October and Culligan still has my $30.00 deposit for the 5 empty bottles i returned to them in July.
