He will sell you used equipment as new equipment / he will take your deposit and then he wont install your equipment for months and months he says he will buy your equipment with your deposit and then take a vacation on you. And then tell you he has a hard time getting your equipment because culligan corp has everything on back order. This man has no problem fixing your broken equipment as long as he can charge you for new parts and then put used parts on your unit.
His office staff is rude that is when they awnser the phone. And good luck leaving a message because he wont return your call anyways. If you call for service he will just push you off for a few weeks and if you do get service he will have to come back three or four times just to fix leaks that happen because he doesnt know how to install the equipment anyways. But dont worrie every time he comes back he will just charge you for another service call and more parts. Want bottled water he is the man to talk to he will sell you water at a high price and then wont deliver. But he will rent you a dirty cooler and dirty bottles filled with tap water and tell you to take it with a smile. So remember the next time you yell hey culligan man you better bring your own lube because you will need it
