Paid for jewelery to be made paid for services no contact

Visited said business on October 3, purchased 2 items, and noticed a lady behind counter making jewelery, and asked if she would wire wrap a gemstone for me, for a gift.

Paid for item s and services. Upon arriving home saw on receite that no business name or phone number was showing.

Have been waiting for 6 weeks now, and have not been able to contact her, by phone or e-mail, which I have been on computer for about a week trying to find the place.

Have placed calls to 2 businesses in area, and was informed by one that the business was closed.

I am pretty sure this is the place as there was not many places in Micaville.

Sent e-mails to both places, they were returned due to no current e-mail address, and I called one phone number disconnected and the other no one answered.

Any help would be appreciated.
