Although I haven't purchased anything yet, I've been to Crown Jewelery in Port St Lucie 4 times now. I keep going back because they treat me better than any of the other jewelery stores! They remember who I need to speak with, what I'm looking for, and what my interests are. I've even noticed that the owner goes out of his way to make sure I've been helped. Today I walked in the store and one of the team members recognized me and ran out in the parking lot to get the owner out of his car (he was about to leave) so he could come in and answer my questions. The MOST impressive part of this is, I didn't even ask for the owner. They just remembered that he helped me previously and they went the Extra Mile to make sure all my questions were answered. I am Very Impressed with the level of care Crown Jewelery has given to my interests! Especially when I haven't made a purchase yet... I'm just shopping.
