Ripoff Liars Fraud! Internet Champlain New York

I ordered two pairs of slippers from JD Marvel for my husband's birthday. They never arrived in the time stated and when I called they told me that they wrote me a letter apologizing that the slippers were on backorder.
I neveer received a letter from them. They told me that they had sent it twice, which is a complete lie.
I then told them that I wanted a full refund and they told me I would have to wait two months for it. I still have not received it.
