Inc Consumer Fraud Ripoff

I responded to the advertisement in the Parade Magazine in May from JD Marvel Inc. For a pair of slippers for $ 9.70. Slippers to be shipped in 3-5 weeks. The ad looked too good to be true and it is!!!

Check was cashed by J.D. Marvel May 29th. This is July 29th no slippers. When I wrote to them 3 weeks again they said they were out of the slippers and they would would sent in 2 weeks. Still no slippers. Beware of this company!
