On 10/6/07 I ordered a soccer bank, totaling $16.81 ($6.95 for shipping). I received an e-mail confirmation of my order shortly thereafter.
On 10/22, I e-mailed the company inquiring about the status of my order. The following day, 10/23, I received an answer stating that the item had been shipped "several days ago by Priority Mail", and that I should expect to receive it soon.
A week later (10/31), I sent another e-mail inquiring about the order and have had no response.in addition, I attempted to call using the number provided on the company's website - the message simply states that "no one is available" to take the call and there is no voice mail.
On suspicion, I "googled" the company name and found other reports re: this company. I immediately cancelled my credit card and intend to report this company to the BBB as well.
