I ordered a cell phone cable on 10-2-10. The same day I received an e-mail confirming receipt of my order. On 10-7-10 I received an e-mail stating my order had been shipped. My account was charged on 10-8-10. On 10-16-10 I had still not received the merchandise so I clicked the e-mail link for the order status. The website stated the order had been cancelled. I sent e-mail to [email protected] as instructed inquiring as to what was going on. No reply has been received.
No phone number is listed anywhere on the website's page. If you do search on the company you discover a second address, also in New York, with the owner's name and a phone number which turns out to be a fax number.
Action is being taken through my bank.
