I was charged for PPV channels that I never bought... When I called and inquired about the charges I was told that the only way the PPV could have been bought was through my remote control, but on two of the days that they have charged me I was not even in the state and some of the other days were in the middle of the day when no one in my family was even at home!
They have charged me over $125.00 worth of fraudulent charges and they have absolutely no explanation for me... I know that they are under investigation for this exact thing but when I brought that up to them they completely denied it.
When I asked them to give me a number to contact so that I could file a complaint they told me that there was no number and that I should just send them an email if I have a problem with it... I was absolutely speechless! I feel so frustrated and I do not know what to do to solve this problem.
