I've bought a vacation package from priceline.com the package should have included car rental, hotel stay & air fare but after purchasing the package they only provided me with hotel & air booking no car rental. I've called up the company and there was answer was "it is not guaranteed that i get everything what they promise on the package", when i asked for a refund they only offered me refund of the air fare.
Please do not do any business with this company as the company do not stand by what they offer. To me this is nothing but clear ripoff!!
