Ripoff, consumer fraud ripoff, dishonest ripoffs

I was a victim of fraud by telephone. First Capital Consumers Group deducted 199.00 from my checking account on Febuary 15 with the promise of a credit card and other great savings coupons to use in my area. I only recieved the packet of great offers only to find out that the majority of them can not be used anywhere near me. After numerous calls in which you get a recording and have to keep dialing over and over again to be able to speak to them they informed me that they would now send my credit card overnight which would take about 2 to 3 days. Now does that make sense? They never have any higher management on site to talk to and they really know how to give a whole lot of BS to get you to think they are being serious. If anyone ever recieves a call and you hear First Capital Consumers Group on the other end please say No Thank You not intersted and save yourself 200.00 and a whole lot of hassle.
