I created and purchased two t-shirts from Ink On Tees in June. Money was taken from my bank account within a couple of weeks, however I never received my order. I emailed the company, and got an initial reply stating that there was a problem with my order, and that I needed to call this number (they provided me with a number) to correct the problem.
The number directed me to an automatic message, that instructed me to leave my name and number and they would return my call as soon as possible. After a week of no response, I called again. Still no response.
I emailed the company several more times after this incident before I got another reply. This email stated that a girl named Carrie would be overseeing my order, and would let me know the status of my t-shirts as soon as she knew something. That was at the beginning of October.
I've continued to email and call the company, but aside from those two responses, I haven't heard anything from them. After reading other reports that were filed on this site, it's obvious that this is a common problem. I have come to the conclusion that Ink On Tees is a fraud, and that I will never see my order.
