I had phone service turned on by Qwest, then suddenly a week later they shut it off without warning. I called customer services and they directed me to the fraud department where I got this lady that asked me a bunch of questions about who I was. After being put on hold forever, and this was not a toll free number, I hung up. Ever since then I've been calling and leaving messages for a return phone call, but she never calls. Her name is Helbis.
Today, I received a collection letter from them, and my freeking phone bill isn't even due yet. So, my husband called the customer service manager (RIGHT!) and got nowhere. That guy was as dumb as a box of rocks.
They're treating me like a criminal. B.S. I hate them, and will Never do business with them again. I hope they get what's coming... A lawsuit.
