Very bad customer service!!! - thiscompanysucks! - 10-08
I am writing this review because of the poor customer service I have received from this company. My loved one is in a county jail and this is their phone company. I opened a pre-paid account and I add money to the account just about every week. My service with them has been okay, (not the best) up untill this past week. They blocked my number without my consent! All they keep saying is that it was done on my end, which is bull crap! They have an emloyee their by the name of Mrs. Florence (she is the "so-called manager) and she is the rudest and most un-considerate person I have ever talked to. I work in the customer service field and if I ever spoke to a customer like that, i would be fired!!! It is very stressfull to loose contact with a loved one during this hard time, and to have people that don't care just makes it worse. I totally understand that the "technician" is the only one that can unblock calls, but having to wait this long and still with no answers and rude customer service is uncalled for. Anyone out there: if you have to use this company, i feel really bad for you! They also will drop your calls alot and rip you off!!!
