This is just a general comment about your online customer service, so I don't really need a reply. I just want to say that whoever is in charge of customer service at your company desperately needs to be fired. He is doing a truly awful job. Basically, if you say on your website you are going to reply to customer service inquiries within 8 hours, then you should do that. I understand it's the holidays, but bring on more temp staff if you have to! That's how businesses work. I have had three requests in for customer support and two requests in for last minute sales information over the last week. I have yet to hear back from anyone at your company. That is unacceptable. You are not monopoly. There are other companies that do what you do (e.G. Ticket City) and I can take my business elsewhere. Which is exactly what I plan to do in the future.
