Award notification of $45,000 with a $2,350.00 Check for adm fee's

I received a check in the amount of $2,350.00 with a total winnings of $45,000.00 In a contest i never entered. I want to know who i should report this scam too and where to send this so called check? Let me know if any of you have experienced this and what you did with the check? I want to stop this scam as soon as possible.
