I have had many problems with sprint pcs.

First problem even when you are in a big city you have problems with service.

Second problem: When they charge you for something that you didnt use its your fault.

Third Problem: This is the newest scam of sprint pcs they now charge you 3.00 to talk to a service representative there is no alternative # to call you have to either talk to an automated computer generated person who doesnt care about your complaints or probelms you have been having or pay 3.00. So to get around that I wrote an email this is what I wrote:

I recieved my sprint bill and was charges $3.51 for wireless web which I didnt use. Alao I have tried on numerous occasions to get a hold of a customer service representative without having to pay 3.00. Why do I have to pay $3.00 to talkt o an actual live customer service representative.

This is what they wrote back:
This is in response to your inquiry regarding the Wireless Web charges and $3.00 Customer Service Fee.

Please note that the Sprint PCS Phones are capable of browsing even without a Wireless Web plan.in this case you have a charge at a default rate of $0.39 per minute. Your invoice for the period ending August 16 shows a Wireless Web usage of nine minutes for which you have a charge of $3.51.

If you do not use this service and wish to remove this completely, you can deprovision the Wireless Web service. However, if you change your service plan, this service will get enabled again and you will have to
deprovision it again. You are being charged a $3.00 service fee each time you speak to a Customer specialist for all issues except activating your phone, plan swaps, retention, network problems or technical support.

When you choose to speak to the specialist you will hear the following message:

'You have chosen to speak to a Contact Center Customer specialist.' A $3.00 service fee will be automatically applied to your account. To continue, press 1 and to go back to the main menu press 9."

If you press 1 and you get connected to a Customer specialist, a $3.00 service fee will be applied to your account. If you press 9 and return to the main menu, the service fee will not be applied to your account.

This has been done as per the Sprint PCS policies to encourage the customers to use the self service options.
