Kasamba is getting worse for ignoring customer complaints and not responding to issues that are important to the wellbeing of their customers i for one have reported experts for having numerous accounts and ripping people off, and i am proud of standing up and taking a stance the latest one as stated below has been allowed to continue to trade under 4 accounts at Kasamba i brought this to kasambas attention over a month before i actually got a reply from them on the 25th September to which i was told the expert is under investigation and action will be taken, well it is now the 3rd of October and still this expert is trading please look below i, m sure you will agree it does not take a rocket scientist to know this is dupliate accounts not realy that hard to investigate... Kasamba is a good place and i do know that there are some wonderful experts on there unfortunatly it is experts like this that ruin its reputation, this is not about helping people its about abusing and cheating the system and pocketing profits they have no right taking from people that need a helping hand in life, i was abused last year by an expert that actually got a hold of my personal email address and continued to harrass me offline Kasamba wanted nothing to do with it the email address was the one atached to my Kasamba account the only way to get that address was to hack the account something which Kasamba denied but i know different.

Please find here the reply from Kasamba on the 25th of September i am filing this report because Kasamba are fully aware of this expert but some clients are not i suggest that anyone that has had readings with this reader on or after the 25th of September claims their money back i say 25th of September because thats when Kasamba said they are taking action but of course they have not so money is being taken under false pretences, these accounts should have been suspended pending investigation to protect clients but they have not
