In January of I reviewed my credit report at all 3 agencies. GEMB/Walmart had listed that I had filed bankruptcy on the debt. I disputed this comment in January and was advised it had been removed.in September GEMB/Walmart is again reporting bankruptcy but with a new date of filing. I have never filed bankruptcy. I have attempted to dispute this with Experian, but was advised that they have confirmed the information. I have filed a formal complaint with Federal Trade Commission.
