Reported "included in bankruptcy" to Equifax when there was no account with them!

This company reports an account as "included in bankruptcy" repeatedly on my Equifax report even though there was no account with them included in bankruptcy and I owe them nothing! They have hijacked my credit report and it's obviously deliberate!
