Worldwide Intelligence Network is a company owned by Robert Mann under the guise of an investigations company comprised of ex Federal Agents, and which allegedly conducts operations all over the world.
Virtually all of the advertising done by Mr. Mann's company is fraudulent. W.I.N. Has no Federal agents, ex or otherwise under it's employ.in fact there are no employees except Mr. Mann himself and a receptionist. His pseudo organization is made up of subcontractors which he contacts upon acquisition of a case.
Mr. Mann also dishonors himself, as well as many, many men who have served their country honorably by claiming that he is a veteran of Special Ops, as reported in a variety of publications. This is not true. Upon contacting the Office of Veterans Affairs, and The Military Personnel Records Center, records indicate that Robert Mann has never served in any capacity with any branch of Special Operations.
Robert Mann is a fraud and The Worldwide Intelligence Network is misleading the public, misrepresenting itself as something it is not and defrauding each and every person who contracts their services.investigations performed through Mr. Mann and his company are by nature unethical.
Consumers should avoid doing business with Mr. Mann and his company at all costs. His inability to properly manage investigations is overwhelming and widely known. He is a liability to anyone who hires him. We should also all be very concerned about anyone who contracts his company for personal protection as it is sure that they are placing their well being in jeopardy.
Those who do investigations professionally must spread the word about organizations and people like Robert Mann and the Worldwide Intelligence Network. Companies and people like the Worldwide Intelligence Network and Robert Mann need to be exposed in order to improve the pubic trust and belief in professional investigations services.
It's clear even in this forum that Mr. Mann is unable to act in a professional manner. His personal attacks and desperate attempts to discredit those who are simply informing the rest of us (professional and consumer alike) about his misdeeds indicate an extremely defensive and insecure person. He is unable to defend any of the statements made against him and instead resorts to personal attack.
Robert Mann is a dishonest, unprofessional, and incompetent man operating in a profession that requires far more integrity than he is capable of. There are many, many investigators out there who will tell you the same thing.
