My wife bought some books from a local kid for a fund raiser, which had an affiliation with Heritage Family Library. We began to receive a new book that was never requested or ordered and when the package was openned they would not accept the return.
In order for them to accept the return I needed to contact their customer service and request that I be taken off the list for future books. They are in the process of sending me the return information, but said it would take 2 more weeks.
