This is the actual tracking of my shipment. As you see, the last date is September 06, when it was ALREADY on it's way to the sender, but SUDDENLY was returned back to Atlanta.

Today, Monday September 10th, They have called me again in the morning. They made 3 calls in a row: 2 of them @ 9:19 AM (second of them, they left the message) and immediately after that 9:21 AM. The name of the person calling was Barbara, last name (as I understood) Walker.

I can't complain: she was doing her job trying to schedule delivery. She was professional and polite enough. The main problem is: I was COERSED by the sales person of the Instrument Pro online music store, located in California to order this item IN A WRONG WAY. His name is Carlos Suarez. He was really pushy, although NOT rude, in order to make a sale I didn't know at the time, that I simply can order the very same item online, on their website the RIGHT way.

That's exactly, why I refuse this shipment. I want it to be returned to the sender and the charge from it to my account to be credited back and after that re-order it online the RIGHT way. But it looks like FedEx Freight is going to war me out by NOT sending it back, thus force me to accept this item.

I, as customer have FULL RIGHT to refuse the shipment.
What can I do to make them (FedEx Freight) send it back?
