Every week this company service goes out for days at a time. When I contact them to fi it, or reimburse me for time down, they do not reply nor do anything to fix any of the problems they have created. Jones Oklahoma is monopolized by this "carrier", otherwise I would seek service with another company. How are they allowed to do this? Why is no other company allowed to operate in Jones oklahoma. I do not like being held hostage with lousy shitty service. It never works correctly... Ever!!!
