Since my name has been used by another Florist. I wanted to set the records straight, Yes my name can be used in Cananda or any other state but New York which iam incorporated in. This florist has ruin my name and i have no recorse in this matter other than to write this note to dispell the mix up of a Name... Their are no laws that govern the use of a name in another state as long as it is not in Long Island. So any one in any state or country can use my name.
