Because I received such great survice last Christmas, I decided to order more wekinz on line and pay with my debit card. I placed the order 10/25/08 ordered four (4) wedkinz to be here by Christmas. I have sent several e-mails with no response from the company. I also tried numerous times to call the customer service line getting message that mailbox is full.
