Wayne County Friend of seized my bank due to a child support arearage. Last time i had a modification in child support payments they told me they added additional money to cover the arearge. When i called the friend of court about the matter they were very uncoroperative about the matter and said the arearge was lifted. I never received anything saying that it was. To my Knowledge i believed that i was still paying the additional amount ive been paying child support since odered. Had i known i would have made Arrangements to repay. If I owed an arrearage why would they lift it.
