Wayne County F.O.C. Sent me a letter stating they had my back child support payments that they held in an escrow account from the back owed amount till my 18th birthday. When i called them to findout when and where to expect my check or payment they said the account was closed. Later i found out they sent the check with the full amount back to the payee of the owed amount. Needless to say they gave back the child support which was owed, back to the one who was suppose to pay it. Since when did the FOC become the "Bank for Dead Beat Dads"?? In total the amount was a check for 27k for 18yrs of support which was never paid to the child or the family the rightfully it was intended for... Whats my next legal recorse for this such abuse of a system??
