First of all, we never got the 50$ rebate. I don't know if any ever did. They went ahead and charged my account a MONTH before my service expired, without my permission. I had to call 4 times, and it always took at least 45 minutes. The service rep told me that it was "in the agreement, " and that it wasn't his problem.
I've never seen customer service like that anywhere in my life. Then I get the "supervisor" some greaseball who talks tough over the phone. I told him to cancel the service and pay my credit card back. He gave me a bunch of crap, and I finally called the credit card company. The credit card company got involved after that, and she said I was the third guy that day to call about them.
For a few months after that, I kept getting calls over and over from them wating to give me 3 months for the price of one. It's a shame because the content is awesome, and when you can get reception, it sounds great. I've been listening to howard stern since I was 10, but I gave him up rather than deal with this scummy company. The show peaked in the early 90's anyhow. At least I can take comfort in knowing this company is gonna go bankrupt any day now. There's no way that company can survive if they keep treating their customers so poorly.
