Logged onto iqderma.com. Clicked 'cancel autoshipment' link. Directed to page asking me to reconsider all the reasons I should not cancel. Beneath this paragraph was a 'cancel autoshipment' link. Clicked on it. Directed to page allowing me to modify the frequency of autoshipments, but no cancellation choice on this page. Started from the beginning. It took three more tries before I got a confirmation number for my cancellation. I don't think it should be this involved.
I am cancelling because of poor customer service - order not placed until eight days after my initial phone contact, and coincidentally one day after I telephoned a second time to inquire about order; phone message not returned; rude customer service supervisor. I am also cancelling as the company has dropped a number of their products and now offers only five.
(I think they may be on their way out.)
