This company's home page says you can get two sets of EZ Moves for 19.99 plus 7.95 P&H. You give them your credit card number on the home page, and without having a chance see what the shipping charge will be or to approve the order, they give you an order confirmation showing things you did not order plus a ridiculously large shipping and handling fee.
There is no contact or customer support info on the "order confirmed" page, but there is a button that takes you back to the home page, where a customer service link at the bottom of the page shows the phone number 866-649-0118. I called customer service to cancel the order but was told it was closed for the Christmas holiday. I will call again Monday, but fully expect to get a run around, after which I will call my credit card company and cancel the payment. How is it that companies like this can continue in business?
