First American Payment Systems
Would not deposit into my bank the amount in which a customer had purchased but charge the customers account

My customer telephone an order for a picture I ordered the picture and keyed in her credit card number First American Payment Systems will not pay my bank account but has already charged her credit card account for the picture I have not got my money for the sale of that picture First American Payment Systems has requested various amounts of info I have faxed that to them but have not gotten my money submitted to my account My customer & I are extremely upset
