I bought MusicMatch Jukebox Deluxe version 10 a little over a year ago when I bought my. Mp3 player from Dell. Before deciding to buy the deluxe version I checked out all the facts about the deluxe version to see if I really needed it and what came over the standard version (which is free).
I decided to buy the deluxe version and happily used it for a year, until a couple weeks ago. I started to use some of the deluxe features and got an error message that the deluxe features had expired.
I contacted MusicMatch only to find out that I didn't BUY the deluxe version I simply LEASED the deluxe features for a year and could continue using the deluxe feature only after I paid them more money!
No where did it tell me ANYTHING about this fraud laced and unethical business practice. I complained as loudly as I could but no one seemed to care.
