The National Magazine Exchange sent me a pink notice in the mail, saying that they are trying to reach me regarding the $2,100, 000.00 sweepstakes. I called the phone number on the notice and they told me that I received the notice because I was a credit card user. They made me purchase a few magazines. They then asked for my credit card number and charged me $69.99.
I then saw usacomplaints.com and realize that I got rip-off. I called their customer service number at 1-800-896-2637 to cancel the magazines that I ordered, but they did not listen to a word that I said and they offer to send a free watch and more magazines instead. They then sent me a bill in the mail listing magazines that they did not told me over the phone. The bill said that I own them a remaining balance of $104.97 or to pay $24.99 a month.
So far, I had not received anything from what they claim that I will receive. What I want is for the National Magazine Exchange to cancel all magazines, refund the $69.99 that they charged on my credit card and to stop sending me all these bills in the mail.
