I started with AT&T Wireless early in the year 2002 on a free trial basis, then I decided to keep the service. However, in april I was out of work then I took a job which did not pay well
so I was not able to pay my bill.
After a while they discontinued my service and I decided that I would pay the bill when I got a better job and then re-continue the service.
Then I received a bill that included addition charges that were in the amount of $300.00 dollars for a disconnect fee and other
charges that I feel is not warranted.
I call the collection agency, and the representative reduce the charges by $150.00, but I feel that I am still being billed too much.
