To whom it may concern,
I was once a good customer for Verizon Wireless who had a monthly plan for $69.99 which included two phones. Every month I was paying at least $93.00 after I took the insurance off the two phones as well as the wireless capabilities. Then October I recieved a bill for $195.00 which was way over the average amount that I was paying once a month, so I decided to call Verizon Wireless. I spoke to a representative who told me that she would try and deduct half the bill. Obviously that wasn't the case when the next month I recieved another outrageous bill which in total came to an amount of $281.95. I then called Verizon Wireless again and the representative said that they would deduct some of the cost from that bill. Shortly after I began recieving harassing phone calls for Allied Interstate stating that I first owed from $281.95 to $325.00, and from that to $400.00, then $567.00 to now a grand total of $850.75. The last threatening letter came on April. 17, so I decided to call on April 19 and all the company Allied Interstate did was give me the run around and then told me to call the Verizon Wireless customer service. Now I plan to get the proper authorities to handle this for me and I'll just sit back, relax and enjoy the lawsuit that I may be filing. Of course for harassment, and then to take care of the outstanding balance of this ridiculous bill.
