False company and false credit card. I spent $300 to activate card Ripoff Internet

I filled out an application to open up a credit card from Proline. After processing the card i recieved an activation fee. When trying to use the card the balance and card came up invalid. When i tried to contact them i came to find that the company and their card was a fraud.
