This people have an advertising in Univicion tv channel. They calling as lating card plus "La targeta de latino inteligente". When I called them they told me Latin is to help the latinos to get credit and they presented by phone the card like a Vsa, that I can buy at any store. They asked you for 300.00 hundred dollars that they said is going to refund back in six month. They called you to make sure you have a money order of 300.00 make it to: Latin, the day fedex will come with the card.
When I received the parcel it was a Proline. Card. The calatog they sent is very poor. I returned the parcel because my sister sent for a latin card plus and they sent a merchant proline card same as me. I don't lost the money. But my sister lost her money of 300.00 She called them and they told her that they money isn't refundable. They offer latin and sent you a proline card all diferent to the offer they make by phone.
She sent back by federal express her parcel because they offering a latin card and gave a proline card a product she didn't ask for. They still say they have not receive the parcel and the proline is same as latin card. The stollen her 300.00 hundred dollar and didn't want to make a cancel. Latin and Prolinecard is all an insult to customer for the price of 300.00 dollar, the card has not either your name on it.
It's like a simple card of mail pre-proved offers. They say the money was taking for pay the credit when the card either is activety. We tried to make several contact because their customer service phone 877-593-5757 is always busy. Do you know how many people will be rip off with their TV offer, that it's all a lie.
