I had been with Sprint for 2-3 years before I had any problems. My phone stopped working, and when they told me they "couldn't help me, " I added a second line for $10 a month. On all of my bills, they had billed me for thing I didn't add or want, i. E unlimited internet, text messages, pictures, etc. I had to tell them every month I did not add those and please take them off, they never did.
Not only did they charge me at least an extra $30 a month in things I did not ask for, they decided for whatever reason, to add a security deposit on my bill! I had the phones for over 2 years! I called customer service numerous times, and they told me they would take if off. It never happened.
The employee's in my local sprint store explained that the deposit was "frozen" on my bill, an nothing could be done but pay it. I asked them why they didn't add the deposit on in the beginning, and again, no answer. Numerous employee's have told me that they shouldn't have added the deposit after so long.
Keep in mind I'm a college student living on my own. When they added the $150 deposit, my bill was around $225. I can't afford a $375 cell phone bill, nor do I believe I should have to pay for their mistake.
Several months later, my bill is $565.57. I can't afford that. I don't know anyone who can afford that. Take my advice, do not sign up with Sprint!
