Express It Phone Card
Card cancelled after single call, no one answers customer service phone

We purchased the Express It! Telephone card online because of it's great rates. We used it to make a single long international call, which used up almost half of our minutes, as we expected. We tried to make another call immediately afterwards, and were told that our funds on the cards were depleted. We tried to call several additional times and heard the same message.

We called Customer Service and listened to the same song for 75 minutes before we finally gave up.
