Terrible group to associate with. Snake Skin Sales Pitch advertising, fake promises and major problems with phone deception and/or sin of omission regarding costs, fees, and related. Not my personal experience but a friend who has decent credit and was offered a card and when it arrived, was given a 400.00 limit with a 179.00 fee. This man has way over a 700 credit score!
Legal thievery at its worst. Ugly operations and practices. Feeding on those who are unable to find credit and gouging them; even gouging those who have decent credit and didn't need their partiular kind of offering but was simply looking for a new credit card.
Joint Legal action and law suits are advised. FIRST PREMIER BANK has already lost a judgment in New York. Send any cards back immediately via certified mail, send letters of complaint to any Federal Consumer Agencies, and seek legal recourse if charged.
