Franklin Lefler, owner of Home Improvement Service, as to repair a broken window pane. I gave him a deposit of $200 dollars to begin service and balance as to be paid upon completion. Mr. Lefler took the money and did not do any repairs to the window. When contacting him by phone, he refused to refund my money and repair window. I want anyone to know about this company's fraudulant behavior.
