I found their ad in the yellow pages. The owner himself came out and gave me a song and dance. He promised me the world and delivered nothing.
Every time i talked to him the price went up. He told my wife on the "free estimate" visit that we would pay $80 per month for them to clean our fish tank. Then when i talked to him on the phone the price jumped to $105. When we got our firs invoice it was $105 plus $60 of extra stuff we never talked about. Filter foam, carbon, clearing agent. He was even charging $20 per month to keep my flake food container full! I don't use an entire container in 30 days so why should i pay $20 to have it topped off.
One time i had to find out when he was sending someone to service the tank. I had to call and leave a message with his "answering service" 8 times in 10 days before he got back to me.
Needless to say this was a very short lived arrangement. I have since found another company and am very pleased with their attention and courtesy. Beware of this snake oil peddler. He will rob you blind if you aren't careful.
