I thought I was leasing a credit card machine from them - and when the business went out of business I returned the machine to my local representative. A few months later I got a bill from them for the rest of the contract plus fee's - I could not afford to pay so I filed bankruptsy and the day before my bankruptsy was filed they put a lein on my house - so that it could not be part of my bankruptsy claim - well I offered to settle with them and now they want interest and penalties and told me that even if I pay them in full they may take two to three years to release the claim. I was originally told this was a lease and I could end it at anytime with a "small" penalty - $4,800 plus interest that will cost another $4,000 is not a "small " penalty. They have destroyed my credit and won't even offer to work with me - when I called them they were rude and inconsiderate. I would love to join a class action suite against them
