I have had the same experience as the other guy. My son wanted a tank in his room. I really didn't want to do all the work of setting it up and maintaining it. We hired this company, the owner is Jeff, he came out with some kid and set up the tank and equipment. Everything was fine until we got the bill. His price originally quoted was for the "labor." You wouldn't believe all the other crap he charged us for. He told me on the phone that he may have to use some of his own supplies but it shouldn't be more than a few bucks. Luckily i hadn't signed any service contract. I can't imagine this guy will be around long. I am currently looking on the internet for a better reviewed company. I wish i checked here first.
