I was accused and fired for opening an adult website on the store computers. I didn't open the site but I did lose a written note with that websites address and my I.D. And password. Another employee at work found my note to myself, opened the website and spread it throughout the other employees.
I was fired for this! He was not! I had worked for this company for 20 years and the other employee had only been there for a few months.
I am almost 55 yrs old, a widow, a woman and have no retirement and now no insurance. The other employee is in his late 20's, married with a new baby and of course he is a man.
I was fired on my day off. I wasn't even there. I feel I was unfairly terminated. I don't have any money, so I can't get a lawyer to fight it.
I am now in the process of losing everything I own.
