I was fired for something I didn't do. I worked for this company for many years and was fired for breaking a company policy that doesn't exist

I was recently fired from this company after many years of loyal service for breaking a 'company policy' that doesn't exist.

I realize Missouri is one of those states that can fire you for any reason, but my employer wrote me a termination letter that stated why I was fired.

This company has fired many people in the recent years, all for reasons other than business related.

Used to be a good, honest and trustworthy company but being handed down through generations has resulted in customer and employee dissatisfaction!
