Ok about two months ago a new shift manager came to work for our store we didn't get along. On her first day we got into an argument. So i told my boss the RGM that i didn't feel comfortable working with her to schedule me around her. And it worked for a couple weeks but then he started to schedule me with her again and i was like whatever its fine for the time been her and I got a long normal but i still didn't feel comfortable working around her. So two weeks ago he tells me that she is going to transfer to another store so i was like no problem i can work with that u know. But than on saturday oct23 he i found out that she wasn't going to transfer. So i writte a two week notice saying i want to trasfer to another store cause she's not leaving and i still don't feel comfortable working with her. On monday they didn't have an opening driver so i get called in to open and i did. I helped them out as i always do. That evening after work i called in to see whn i was schedule to work next because my boss had not put up the schedule. And he told " that he was sorry but i was no longer in the schedule".
I was like ok why am i'm getting fired. He said that i quit because of the two weeks notice but i never wanted to quit pizza hut i luv it there. He said that i wasn't getting a transfer and then he started calling other pizza huts around the city to tell them they couldn't hired me...
If i was a lazy driver i would be ok i'm fired but i do everything from cooking to managing the store when they asked me to. I even help other stored out when they call me. All the employees know how i work and all the managers know i'm a good worker i called the corporate office in texas and filed a report but they never called me back. Its the end of the month and i have to pay rent and i'm without a job because my boss doesn't want me to work at another pizza hut except for his.
There plenty of other workers who have always transfer from store to store i've worked for this store for three years and never asked for a transfer til now and i get fired for it.By the way the RGM's name is gary (sorry don't wanna post the last name)
