John Ray Johnson of Long and Foster deliberately put his name on the deed to my property so that he could say he had a right to my profit when I sold the property. When I orginally purchased the property and saw Ray's name as an owner, I confronted him then. He assured me it was a minor mistake and that the settlement lawyer could draw up a document correcting the problem.
He told me to sign the papers because if I didn't I would hold up settlement and possible lose the property. After he assured me he and the lawyer could fix the problem, I beleived him and signed the contract.
When I sold the property in June of John Ray Johnson made me give him $2000 of my profit and threatened to hold up my settlement if I didn't. He did this because he knew he had the power to hold up settlement because he was listed as an owner.
I even contacted his manager, Robert Latigona and he told me if I didn't like the way him and Ray ran business for me to get a lawyer.
I lost $2000 at settlement and I couldn't afford a lawyer.
